I am a new tenant to Goddard since they've taken over the apartment I've been renting for years and I have had 2 interactions with Sam Kline the maintenance man for Goddard properties. Both times he has been on time, very professional, and completed his job very professionally. His last visit he replaced and old leaking kitchen faucet with a better replacement promptly and professionally and it is now working fine. Definitely 5 ⭐ interactions with Sam and Goddard so far. Thank you Kevin W.

Although we are in the earlier stages of our relationship, things with Goddard Properties seem promising. I had a great introduction to the business with Josh, the owner; and Dustin, the property manager, answered all of our questions and ensured that any minor issues with our property were addressed in a timely manner. Because of Gabriela, the leasing manager, our property was rented in less than a week. She is professional and responsive to all our questions. I was very straightforward with Goddard about what I wanted in a property management company - professionalism, efficiency and responsiveness - all of which I've seen to date.

It has been a true pleasure working with Gabriela regarding my recent move. She is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I have a background in property management and know it is often a challenging role. Gabriela handled my questions and concerns with grace and ease, ensuring my experience was pleasant and smooth. I am pleased with my experience thus far and looking forward to working with her if the need arises in the future.

Sam Kline was super responsive and very quickly rearranged his schedule to accommodate my leaking a/c. He came the next day and replaced the unit as it was not repairable. Maintenance has been hit or miss in the past but ever since Sam has been apart of the team I have had any and all issues resolved quickly and correctly. He is awesome!

Sam Kline the maintenance Tech is awesome.He is very friendly & professional. He gets the Job done quickly & he does a good job.When I place a work order I receive a response quickly. The manager Dustin Keller is also awesome.I can communicate with him if I have a issue within the property.Any issues are handled immediately. As a tenant communication is very important.I want to be comfortable where I reside. The property is updated & well kept.I enjoy coming home

Carlos was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely communicative and very friendly. We had a lot of questions about the house/lease and he was so patient with us. He provided examples to explain his reasoning on all matters of the lease, helping to clarify the terms and give us peace of mind. He even threw in a couple Taylor Swift jokes. Highly recommend!!
