I do appreciate the way this property management company stays on top of issues that may arise for the owners to are managing properties for, and for the tenants. Being a tenant since 2021 the entire department has been very professional and caring about my unit’s issues. Even with the understanding that it’s the actual owners who make the final decision on if things like appliances will be replaced I see this company expressing facts as to why things are a must regarding repairs and maintenance etc.

The manager I met with for my first walkthrough was so nice. She smiled and was very excited to rent to me before even knowing if I had approved . I'm nervous,I really want this place. But the property on site manager was amazingly awesome. Thanks Erica✅🙏🏾🤞🏾☺️☺️and thank you Krystle Properties for your help and cooperation

Unfortunately, my experience with Krystle Properties was less than desirable. We contracted with them to find a renter for a duplex 3bd 2 ba. They showed the property 1x in 3 months. We had to constantly check in to see if there were things we could change or if lowering the price would make the property more appealing. We finally gave up hounding and found a creative way to get the property rented. I would not recommend.

I recently had a gas leak in my laundry area. The repair was done correctly and efficiently. Damion explained the repair remedy in a thorough yet pleasant fashion. He is clean, neat and professional, while also exuding warmth and kindness. Damion is an excellent repairman.

Krystle's performance was great! Bottom line is that Krystle exceeded expectations with an incredible sale price. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my many needs and concerns to address goals and schedule. Provided enough communication about the process, identified key actions, and was sensitive to improvement budget to maximized return.
