Cornerstone’s mission is to improve our community one home at a time by improving the lives of our Owners and Tenants through honest, transparent, and professional property management services. The Cornerstone Real Estate Team provides real estate services (residential management, leasing and sales) in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. We have two distinct teams – one team focused on management of residential properties, and another team focused on residential sales. Cornerstone manages over 490 units in Colorado Springs. We consistently maintain a vacancy rate less than 5%. We manage single family homes, multi-family properties (duplexes, fourplexes, etc.) and a small apartment complex. We have five Property Managers, a New Accounts Specialist, an Office Manager, two Assistant Property Managers, two Administrative Assistants, an Accountant and a Maintenance Coordinator (who maintains consistent working relationships with maintenance contractors) to care for the properties we manage. We are a portfolio-management company, which means that you will have one point of contact for your property – your Portfolio/Property Manager (PM). The Portfolio Manager is your one point of contact for leasing, management, maintenance, etc. – all things related to your investment property. Our Portfolio Managers are all licensed real estate agents. We manage your property with disciplined rent collection and lease enforcement, minimized expenses, current technology, and a low vacancy rate. We are veteran-owned and operated, with six veterans on our team and over 130 years of combined military service among our team members. We bring the work ethic and values we developed in the military with us to work each day.
