Absolutely no communication between the management team and tenants. I try to keep my cool but everything boils over eventually. If you wanna save yourself a headache, time and money avoid this company at all cost.

Brady talked a nice talk initially. He convinced the HOA board to move our condo units to his management- but in less than 3 months after taking over, he transferred the units to another PMI franchise (who provided terrible service). Would not recommend doing business with the company (or maybe all of PMI in general).

I own a carpet cleaning business & have worked with& for property management companies over the years. After working with Brady & the team at PMI I have noticed they are definitely a cut above! The are easy to communicate with & also take extra care to provide solutions fir both tenants & landlords!

I have known Brady for approx 5+ years. In that time frame, we have had multiple business transactions. I have appreciated his professionalism and honesty in the way he handles his business affairs. Brady is trustworthy. I would recommend him for any real estate transactions along with managing your homeowners associations.
