The electric company was great. The electrician did a great job and was very professional and came to help early. Never reached anyone at Dickson although Dawson told me an electrician would be here Saturday morning no one ever showed up so I called the company and Shannon the owner was wonderful. She said she hadn’t heard anything from anyone and they didn’t work on the weekend but she promised to get someone here early Monday morning and she did never got a response from Dickson or the new 24 seven maintenance meld that is advertised in the new plan. That we pay $55 each month for. I’ve been calling the maintenance number all week and no one has responded Angela Was to call me back on Wednesday morning, but never heard from her and only got voicemail at the number for the next three days There was smoke, smell of burning flame in a loud pop that came from the top of the water heater, the ground with a frayed, and could’ve started a fire It was an emergency and should have been taken care of immediately

We've only been tenants for a few months, but the experience has been incredible so far! Our dishwasher stopped working, but experience to get it fixed was so simple and efficient! Rachel Minetto-Martinez worked with us to get it completely fixed within just a few days! The process was stress free and the communication from them was amazing!

I rent from Dickson Realty and live on Ulysses in Wingfield Springs. Dickson Realty have been so responsive and thorough in taking care of any issues that come up in the house. Zack has been a pleasure to deal with and been very quick to answer any queries about things that come up. The contractor he sent over, Ben, was professional, quick and did an absolutely awesome job. I’m both occasions I have clean the house as they instructed and turn keys back in on time and receive my full deposit back on both occasions. I would highly recommend working with the Martin Team at Dickson Realty if you were looking for any rental properties in the future. We have been tenants of Dickson Realty Property for almost 5 years. Recently we had our first hiccup with our hot water heater that needed some minor repairs. We noticed there was an issue roughly 6:00 on a Saturday night and made an after hours call to Dickson about our concerns. We immediately got a call back and they got in touch with a plumber shortly after. We ended up waiting but first thing Sunday morning we had a repair man out to fix the problem and quickly determine what was needed and made the repairs within a couple of hours so we could have hot water restored. Brian the plumber was super professional and confident and had everything up and running in no time. Big shout out to the customer service Dickson reality had in order to restore hot water in our unit. They take repairs very seriously and make sure the problem is handled correctly.

I cannot recommend them strongly enough. They were attentive and responsive during the leasing process, very prompt with maintenance issues, polite and courteous at all times, and Incredibly understanding and helpful. The team at Dickson Realty Property Management has my highest regards
