During that time, Tandra established and managed strong relationships with housing developers throughout the Carolinas in order to identify and expand private and public sector business opportunities. Through her professional and personal work, Tandra has established and managed strong relationships with for-profit and not-for-profit housing developers throughout the Carolinas in order to identify and expand private and public sector business opportunities. Her involvement resulted in a significant increase in affordable homeownership and rental housing opportunities through partnerships with lenders, local governments, and other organizations.
