I have never had a smooth transition into a new home before. But engaging with All Polk I had that one time experience that I’d want anyone in the leasing industry to experience. Miss Jennifer was sooo polite and understanding. The maintenance team were so professional and worked so swiftly. No matter how often I call to follow up on my application Chris never showed any annoyance. I definitely would recommend anyone to All Polk to handle their property as they are professional and always ready to assist. Thanks to the Leasing team for giving me such great relief.

After looking for a home to rent in different places with out luck over months, All County Polk Property help me find and move into a house in less than 30 days.
Am so happy in my new plaace.

This is insane. Myself and my son completed our applications the night before. I called into the office to make sure my number was corrected. The system kept changing the number once I go off the app to gather information. Long story short the guys tells me that my application was denied unfortunately. They sent me out an email explaining the reason. They open at 8am and my application was denied at 8:31am. Which is strange to me but God don't make no mistakes.

I’ve been in the process of finding a place to live for about 3 months….On th 4th of July I was browsing and found an apartment with All County Polk Leasing Team which had an opening for viewing because the place was self tour. I had put out a few applications, but All County Polk was swift, punctual and down to business. The application process required important documentation which I easily uploaded to their site and it was less than 48hrs when I heard back that I was approved. With in 5 days I was signing my lease and getting my keys. Thank All County Polk Leasing team for making this process easy and hassle free.

The level of communication and ease of completing move in is phenomenal with this company. I've had no issues this far from beginning (app status ( to move in. Every issue/questions I've had were addressed in an above normal timely manner. Staff always friendly and super helpful.

Very helpful and professional. Communication was accurate and effective. They made the process so smooth. They also have an angel in disguise that works at the front desk in the office. She is a gem! I will definitely be using this company for other real estate opportunities in the future.
