Pro X is a full-service property management company who strives to make real estate investments passive, profitable and as easy as owning a mutual fund. Our owners personal real estate investments make up approximately 10% of our more than 1500 unit portfolio under management meaning we truly treat every home as if they were our own. This investing expertise also allows us to help our clients in ways most property managers can't, from a place of experience. We possess a level of construction expertise that is rare in the industry allowing our clients to seamlessly complete Build-to-Rent projects and BRRR's passively. We have an independent boutique brokerage service with a focus on investors that can be a great source of off-market opportunities for our clients. I use this Property Management currently and really like it! I've had no issues so far and the process for everything has been super easy and quick. Any problem or concern has been taken care of quickly and efficiently and questions have been answered promptly. Would 100% recommend.

2202 S Joplin Ave. I love it! Nice property on the corner with a great location! Spacious kitchen. Large living room. Nice sized bedroom! And a side patio area perfect for grilling! I love it!

I have rented from Pro X property since September of 2024 and they have been great. They quickly handled my maintenance request when my deadbolt wouldn’t lock due to excessive moisture in the air. Their maintenance was professional and prompt. They also always follow up with me to be sure things were handled to my satisfaction.

Pro-X has managed my property in Joplin for the last 5 years. I live 75 miles from the property and it is nice to have someone to handle everything for me. I just recently had a tenant move out and Pro-X handled everything including getting a new tenant in quickly. I would highly recommend Pro-X for your property management needs.

I was impressed with the seamless moving-in experience and the property's prime location. The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating in resolving any issues. They offer prompt same-day responses and maintain a friendly demeanor during phone conversations. I strongly recommend this rental property for future rentals.

Renting through ProX was such a smooth and easy process. My wife and I moved from out of town, and from seeing the property, signing the paperwork, and getting the keys, it was done via the portal or through code lock boxes for the self-walkthrough. Even monthly rent payments can all be done through the app. We didn’t have to worry about shopping for renter’s insurance either! We could opt into a monthly low cost payment that was lumped into our rent

I own a small business. Ashley does a great job keeping me busy and a joy to work with. Organized and well structured. She keeps me involved and easy to communicate with.
Pro-x as an entirely is a great entity. Provides great opportunities for tenants, owners, and vendors .
