Ashley, in Joplin, reached out to me on FB after seeing a post I’d made looking for a rental. At the time, we were living in a hotel with our boys, and at $100/day, we knew we couldn’t sustain it much longer. After a phone call with Ashley explaining our situation, she encouraged us to apply online. When I say she went to work for us, she went to work! Upon her walkthrough prior to our move-in, she noticed the refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly and had a replacement ordered right away. She even personally delivered us a mini-fridge to get us by. I have rented from Pro X property since September of 2024 and they have been great. They quickly handled my maintenance request when my deadbolt wouldn’t lock due to excessive moisture in the air. Their maintenance was professional and prompt. They also always follow up with me to be sure things were handled to my satisfaction.

My wife and I moved from out of town, and from seeing the property, signing the paperwork, and getting the keys, it was done via the portal or through code lock boxes for the self-walkthrough. Even monthly rent payments can all be done through the app. We didn’t have to worry about shopping for renter’s insurance either! We could opt into a monthly low cost payment that was lumped into our rent
