@Anthony Wick I completely agree with you! I just graduated college but luckily I don't have any student debt. I have some debt in credit cards, which is what I am trying to eliminate before I get into real estate. I would not have any second thoughts of going into a mortgage if the numbers work! 

Congrats @Alex Kamunyo! Your story is very inspiring, as I am 23 and just getting started with my career. I am planning to do a house hack by next year and your story is proof that it is possible! Good luck with your future endeavors!

Great ideas here! I have been working as an Environmental Scientist for the past 6 months and have been learning how to use R and Python to analyze a lot of data. The first thing that came to my mind was how can I use this towards real estate.. What language do you guys prefer to do web scrapping?
