Hi All,

I am considering transitioning some Long Term Single family rentals in the KC area to Medium Term Rentals. The idea would be to target the traveling nurse industry. I would need a solid Property Manager that has experience with this.

Has anyone done this? or do they have any recommendations?

I apologize for the name mix up! Hopefully self management is working out ok. That is not really an option for me because I am in Australia. I keep a close eye on every PM I have in the US and AU...sometimes they do well, and other times I wonder why I pay them! If you happen to come across and amazing PM let me know!

Have you had any luck? Did you try 816-405-4845? I typically get an answer, occasionally it does ring out. I know they are pretty busy right now. Hope it all works out for you!

Hi @Sarah Singh I have spoken to a few lenders that are willing to lend to Australian Citizens purchasing in the US, but typically they are only willing to do 60% LTV...and the terms are not as good as for a US Citizen. However, if partnering with a US Citizen it is possible to reap similar to terms to what that US citizen receives. I sent a connection request to you if you would like to discuss further.
