I've had Voepel recommended to me, but I'd like to talk with a few more to get some comparisons. I"m getting a turnkey SFH from Bridge in Raytown.

Hi Ken,

I closed on a Turnkey with Bridge in early January 2020. After some research I decided I would stay with the original recommendation of Voepel. It has been just under 6 months, but thus far I have had no issues. They have been quick to respond to any questions, and I have had the rent sent to my account on time every month. I actually spoke to Brent Voepel a few days ago and had a very positive conversation with him. So far, so good. On a side note, I did this all from the other side of the world in Australia. Both Bridge and Voepel were able to accommodate from this great distance very well. Hope this helps a bit.
