Finance for Australians

Hi Folks

I’m an Australian investor with 8 properties in Memphis Tennessee I would like to refinance my loan on a 30 year loan. I’ve had a cashflow positive portfolio for 3 years now and I’m being refused finance as I don’t have an SSN as I’m not an American resident I can’t obtain this. In order to buy the properties I already put 25% down to begin with.

I’m hoping to establish a good relationship with some lenders out there as I’m launching a business to help other Aussies invest in real estate in the US. Financing is certainly a bit barrier to this.

Any advice or connects would be appreciated!

Cheers

Sarah
