Also I forgot to mention that although there is an agenda she lets any person ask specific questions. The best part in my opinion is that there are always experienced investors there "due to the fact that if your property has multiple police/ tenant encounter the property owner must attend this meeting to keep property" that will usually answear questions before she can get them. Hey@Kenny W it's funny you mention it I found myself in the same predicament, as I just passed the test on Saturday. What I did before hand was call around and tell a brokers what I planned on doing in real estate and asked if it fit their business models. I found that most brokerages want any sales person because it just brings in more revenue to them. Thats what I based my choice from. Also,what are your plans? Do you want a brokerage and just need to hang your license with a brokerage for 24 months.
