Analysis paralysis

It is becoming clear to me that the risks I am afraid of have more to do with social anxiety, and less to do with the thought of losing money by getting burned on a deal. Is this a common problem and does anyone have any tips to overcome it?

Maybe go over a deal someone else has done, not their best one, and just see how it works.

Welcome to BP @Joe Albrecht . Also be sure to read the learn section above it is loaded with lots of great information. You can also set key word alerts for areas or topics of interest to you, like "Wisconsin"

You can also run potential deals by the forums for feedback on good and bad points.
