My name is Carlton I was born in Milwaukee, but I attended school in South. I am currently a resident of the city of Milwaukee, and I am also employed by the local government as programmer. A few years ago I got the real estate bug, and bought my first duplex a 3/2 about a mile from my residence.

After completing my first deal I enrolled at the local technical college so I can begin the process of acquiring my real estate license. While taking real estate law 101 I purchased my second duplex a 3/3 again within a mile of my residence. This was a foreclosure and a fixer upper, but it was a good deal. I’m currently enrolled in my second real estate class, and will be taking my real estate exam when I finish. I’m also on the hunt for other investment properties or other investment vehicles that make sense and dollars. I hope I can contribute to the BP community and help make the site even better.

Thanks

Welcome Carlton . There are a lot of super helpful people and great advice on this site! I’m a ‘fix and hold’ investor from the Bay Area in CA, and loving it! A lot of others doing flips, wholesaling, notes, everything.. A few tips..

You can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name when it pops up at the bottom of the message box. You can click on the ‘vote’ button if you like someone's post or is helpful, and there are ‘awards’ to earn on your profile. The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and most importantly, the BP members! Welcome to BP, and good luck on your investments!
