Thank you for the list, this is amazing! Would anyone have any suggestions on the best place to find sales data? I am trying to build a list of comps along with sales history in the last 6 months.  Just looking for a better insight into what kind of real estate is the most popular and at what prices they are selling in my current market.

Hey Jordon, I would be very interested in seeing graphs like that, I believe I could hold value in people looking to invest in such cities. More information, especially regarding trends that could show possible future trends defiantly never hurts.
