My name is Jordan VanHerwynen. I am in my final year at high school. I am currently enrolled in a data management course where I am working on a data analysis of population growth in Canada's largest cities vs. real estate prices. I am very passionate about real estate investing and I'm sure you all are also.  My question for you all is, would graphs comparing the population growth vs. the price of real estate in Canada's large cities be a beneficial tool for real estate investors IN ANY WAY?

Jordan
