Canadian Real Estate Investing Online Resources List

This is my second post on the same topic as the BP forum did not allow me to update my list very well. Therefore, I have created a Google Sheet to compile the list:

BP is amazing but I noticed that all data resources listed are tailored to the US. I wanted to start a thread with a compilation of the best resources for property search / data / analysis / research in Canada for real estate investing. I'm starting with what I've found so far but I know this probably is missing many good resources. Let's pool together and make a master list of resources for Canadian related REI online resources. 

This list is nowhere near exhaustive as of right now so share your suggestions below and I'll update the list! :)
