@Anthony Papagni I am an Investor Friendly Realtor and investor myself. Driving for dollars is definitely a great way to start, but honestly there is a much easier way. Get your real estate license for Florida, find a brokerage that will let you hang your license and not charge you ridiculous desk fees or anything like that. Since you would be an active agent, other agents,like myself, would be happy to pay you a referral for bringing us a property to buy or if you bring a buyer to one of or properties. Being an agent, If a property came across your desk or you found one while driving around, you could bring the address to an agent like myself, we would do the homework and buy directly from the seller/owner and you would get a referral for finding the property for us.
