Hi @Suzette Parsons. I work as an investment real estate agent in Tampa for a company that has offices in many markets (including Texas). As of right now, Tampa seems to be the strongest market we are in. It has incredible potential and has been very profitable so far. I wasn't sure how far you wanted to branch out in terms of location, but just in case, I am a licensed agent in the Tampa Bay area of FL and specialize in exactly what you are looking for, buying distressed properties and fixing them up after which you can either sell them for a quick profit or rent them out for long term income, the choice is yours!
