Hi @Matthew Mcdonald, Tampa is actually one of the most lucrative cities in the country that you can invest in. There are plenty of articles on here (Forbes included) that state that. I am an investor-friendly realtor specializing in distressed properties here in Tampa Bay and I can tell you first hand that the Single Family Flipping and Rental Market is booming down here. There are major expansions being planned as well over the next 10 years around here.

@Devon Garbus hmm I would say only really possible if you tear down the house, but even so, would probably be better as a Flip with the existing house. Or even a rental once fixed up
