Hi Everyone, 

I am a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. My Brokerage, Networth Realty, specializes in Investment Properties (Both Buy-and-Holds and Flips). I am here to branch out and hopefully find other professionals in the area who would like to see if we can work together. As the Subject states, I am looking for both Wholesalers and other Licensed Agents, or even better Licensed Agents who are also Wholesalers, to do business with. My company focuses on selling these properties, so working with Licensed Agents is always helpful. If you bring a Buyer to one of my properties, I am more than happy to give you a referral for that. Obviously we need to fill our inventory as well, so working with individuals who wholesale is also advantageous to everyone.
