Hi everyone. I'm an agent from North Alabama and I deal strictly in commercial property so I don't have much time to research residential properties. I am looking to build a professional relationship with realtors or legitimate wholesalers that can help source deals. I am specifically looking at four plexes right now in Alabama or the Tampa, Florida area.
