Just did an acquisition loan for an STR in Cape Coral. Property potential looks great based off Air DNA.

No, but I think you could have some good success if you went to IMN's STR Forum. I went recently and there was a lot of STR funds/heavy hitters looking for investment opportunities, some of which being RV parks and/or campsites. Would def recommend attending if this is a path you're going down.

I have not used them but heard Jeff speak at the STR Wealth Conference last week. Echo the fact that he's super impressive and knowledgeable about the law as it relates to STRs. For my first investment I will certainly be consulting him.

If/when I purchase my first STR, the location I do purchase in will certainly be an area that would consider staying in for a weekend or briefly. I feel like that's a must.

I would honestly look up local STR management platforms and see if you can call and ask. Local knowledge could prove helpful here.

Big message at the recent STR wealth conference was to not be afraid of saturation, in that there's a reason why everyone's investing there. I wouldn't be too afraid to believe in yourself and follow the Air BnB rush into Hocking Hills. Clearly there's a reason why the area is so popular for STR investors.

Private lender here - doing a cash-out refinance in Broken Bow and so far when underwriting with the historical booking history, the numbers are quite impressive!
