Has anyone tried and succeeded at raising funds to create a campsite/park with multiple buildings for rent? Something that would attract family reunions, parties, etc.

Buying a lot surrounded by trees or having lake access. Anyone done this?

Network with other operators who do campground and RV park investing. They'd be able to share the things you may not think of, such as zoning, utilities, licensing, marketing, and more.
