100%

If landlords/ rental property investors can defer their mortgage payments, both property owners ADN TENANTS won't have to worry (at least not as much). We can then truly work together through this difficult time.

Do I feel a petition coming on?!

Hey Miles!

By BP member webinars, are you referring to the live events hosted daily on BP? From Matt Faircloth, Sterling White, Ashley Wilson, Dave Van Horn, Chad Carson, and the likes?

Post: Should You Form a LLC for Each Individual Rental Property?

Everyone has already chimed in on the protection/ insurance side of LLC's, but one "fun" aspect of creating separate LLC's for each property is you can open up a credit card for each of those LLC's and easily keep all expenses on those property specific credit cards while racking up points and using those for travel and such :)

This is a great forum thread and question! Gotta love the BP community!

Also here's a video that @Brandon Turner just made on the subject ;) -

Happy investing!

Hey Jodi,

Hey @Jodi Gauthier I'd like to feature this flip as a video for BP YouTube & social channels. Do you have numbers and deal info on this? How you purchased, purchase price, rehab, expenses, profit?

If you've been hiding under a rock for the last few weeks and haven't heard the latest on net neutrality, then this episode of Low Budget may leave you shocked.

Dave & Andrew discuss the latest news on the subject - What it is & how it can affect you & the rest of America.

But that's not all!

Also hear these two's take on the differences between being cheap and being frugal, as well as a recap of 2017.

Post: How do Natural Disasters Affect Markets??

Hey BP,

It seems like everywhere we look, a new fire, hurricane, or some form of disaster happens.

As much as it pains me to think about people losing homes and lives, I can't help but wonder what happens to a market after something like this? Do prices drop? Do they stay the same? Is it an investors opportunity both to capitalize and help rebuild? Or simply a horrible tragedy where there is no upside?
