long time owner ready to sell. a few repairs are in progress currently. renter would like to stay. with some work could flip home or buy and hold. owner is willing to share photos and details w/individuals but not pro-actively marketing it currently.

I am in-house with a direct lender that can provide financing up to 85% of the purchase with 100% of any rehab. We can also provide financing on commercial up to 75% of purchase plus any added value needed. All loans are 1-3 years with no prepayment penalty.
