Hi,
The lord helped me and my husband to sell our land locked property. We found the person that my property happen to be right in his back yard. And so we sold it to him to save him from more future problems. It was a load of our back.

@Zachary Gwin Awesome idea! Maybe even do state specific podcasts on a daily, weekly or monthly basis with some of the most experienced investors in the state answering questions from more novice or beginner investors in that specific state.

100% in! Would love having a daily podcast, I would listen to every episode. That said, I could not get to the questionnaire. Might be an error on my end though.
