Hey BP'ers!  I've been listening to the podcasts for about 2 months now and it has provided me with the wealth of knowledge I needed to get my bearings in this crazy world of real estate investing. I've seen Real Estate work well for others in my family and I am ready to put it to work for me!! Currently looking for my first multifamily deal in the Fort Worth area as well as contractors. Again very happy to be part of BP and I look forward to sponging up as much as I can from you guys!! Keep up the good work! 

I am working on making my first multifamily purchase, and I am looking for an EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AGENT.  I currently have a re agent but he does not have any commercial real estate  experience. In my search  for  a multifamily,  I am becoming aware of mine and my agents knowledge shortcomings. If you have excecuted multifamily deals in DFW let's talk! 

I am in the midst of forming a Limited Liability Company, and about to start purchasing commercial real estate. And it it quickly dawning on me I need an attorney and a cpa which specialize in real estate investing. Can anyone recommend either of these in the Fort Worth area?

I am currently looking into a class c 13 unit apartment made up of (6) efficiencies, (4) 1bdrms, and (3) 2bdrms. Currently all bills are paid which creates a huge amount of overhead. If I could cut that overhead out this property would be a cash cow!. my question is,  how do I get it from this all bills paid state to the renters handling  their own utilities, without losing all the tennants?
