Hello I need to hire eviction lawyer san jose or dublin , ca area. New tenant gave me bounce check for security deposit and prorated rent fee. My new tetant gave me bounce check for security deposite and rent.

Called and sent text so many time until now she did not pay.

Very stressful and angry situation; she kept lying and gave me work excuse like long hrs working, very busy with clients etc.

Already told her to move out but

I need to have eviction lawyer just in case.

Please, recommend one for me.
