BUT..... there were probably other red flags....AND its obvious you didn't call their previous landlord..... big and expensive mistake. ALWAYS call the previous landlord and even better to call the previous 2 as the current may sugar coat things to get rid of them and pass the buck...

One phone call to current landlord and you would have avoided this issue....

I learn expensive lesson this time.

When I screen tenant, she did not have history of eviction.

I think it is ongoing eviction process previous place too;not finalized it yet.

lawyer assistance found out and let me know today.

very shocking and hope tenant moves out soon.

I cannot believe it.

it is very expensive lesson to learn.

I was too lucky to have good tenant so far.

Hope this is over soon; very stressful everyday.

Hi again,

I sent all my docs to lawyer office today to file eviction bad tenant.

Staff just called and told bad tenant has another eviction ongoing.

Anyone has this kind of experience?

Tenant has two eviction similar time?

I am very shock;  tenant signed the lease agreement while she was evicting other property.

Cannot believe it.

Please, share your eviction tenant experice.

Thank you, Thomas.

Can you give me suggestion how to find out this person? Private investigator? how much cost in general?

Thank you, Joe.

I will talk to lawyer how to handle if she was stolen any appliance and damage property.

Also, 3 days notice, will hire someone to do it.

Very stressful everyday and upset why i decided to rent to her.

Hello

I decide to hire eviction lawyer.

He suggested to do 3 days notice to pay or quit to tenant.

If she cannot pay or she does move out property, we will start to do eviction process.

In the leasing agreement, it indicated we can notice 24 hrs before to tenant to check my property.

I start to worry how she is messing up my property now.

If she stolen my property appliance during eviction, what should i do?

Wondering it is ok to go and check when eviction process starts.

Also, tenant needs to pay pg&e and garbage under her name.

How i can find out she is paying utility bills; if she does not pay any utility bill then what should i do?

It is my first time to deal with bad tenant and I found out her work company address was fake.

I am not sure all documents she gave were fake too.

Please, give some recommendation.

Thank you.

Thank you, Brad.

I talked to Todd yesterday and will meet today.

Hope she moves out within 3 days notice. But i guess she was big scammer; very stressful to deal with her now.

Thank you, Brian.

I learn lesson a lot from this experience.

I already sent email to her to leave the property but so far no answer.

Will do 3 days notice then hire lawyers you recommend.

Thank you again.
