@Marco Santarelli,  Just wondering what your opinion was for the Atlanta market.  I just bought some there.  It seems like Atlanta is always on the down low and doesn't get the hoopla that Denver, SF, LA or other hot markets.

Hey @Jonathan Watson,  i've already bought in San Antonio and Atlanta,  I'm branching out to memphis next year.   I'm in glendora too.  Let me know if you want to hook up.  My friends and I buy all over the U.S.   I think I may be able to help out.  Our kids might be in the same schools. haha.

Hey @Jeff McRitchie,  i'm hitting a road block that i'm hitting my debt to income ratio.  How did you get 10 loans?  Were the loan amounts really low?  Please provide some insight.

@Niki M.,  please DO NOT take this class.  Everything they're teaching can be learned on BP.  They are using their 15 minutes of fame to con people out of money.  You will NEVER meet them in person.  Use that money to good use elsewhere.

@Rashad Jones Jennings,  don't charge a termination fee.  If you provide great service at a reasonable price.   I guarantee nobody will leave your company.  

Would be nice if you could get more on the loan for a property to pay off the car at the same time.

@Leigh Ann Smith great looking place.  I would stay there.  I think the profit margin on tiny homes are huge.  Just look at some places in Oregon.

All it takes is 10 $100,000 leveraged properties.  Just gotta start with that first one.

The people who star in Flip or Flop on HGTV do the same thing.  They prey on people as well.  Same 40k BS sales pitch.  Shady people.
