Tiny Home Park

Hey guys, I'm a new investor in the Portland, OR area. I'm looking to do long term buy and holds, as well as perhaps looking at mobile home parks. I have a business partner who recently asked what I thought about a tiny home park. I don't know anything about tiny homes, but they are popular here in the Portland area. My question is this: is it a good investment and in your opinion, does it have longevity or is it simply a fad that will fade? Any info/advice would be appreciated!

Whether it's a fad or not I can't say, but I think they're totally cool. Sounds like a great idea that should cash flow like a MH park. I like it.
