Hi @Lydia R. you are absolutely correct. However I was responding to a statement that said $5k is risky. I took that to mean that $5k is a lot to lose if the course isn’t worth it. That’s why I advised to check out the podcast first.

Hi @Taryn Lewis same here.  Check out all of Tom Krol’s Podcast first. That way you’ll probably feel a lot better about joining the training course.

Hi @Jacob Long check out the events section on BP and it’ll list a lot of REIs. Also google meetup.com and it’ll show all of the REIs in the area of your choice

Hi @Donte Howze BP has an event section where you can find local meetings for your area. Look under Network then Events. You can also go online to meetup.com and find local events. Hope this helps.

I imagine this happens a lot. My suggestion would be if a Wholesaler feels that a Buyer is trying to do that. Then I’d find another Buyer before the Contract ends. And I’d try to Blackball the Buyer so that he/she would think twice before doing it again.

Hi @Leonel Rodriguez I’m considering joining myself at the beginning of the year. However in the meantime I’ve been checking out Tom Krol’s podcast and receiving daily emails about Wholesales. They’re very helpful.

I totally agree with @Account Closed......Why not do both. I've been watching YouTube videos, BP, going to local REIA meetings and it's going good but very very slow. So I'm also considering taking the course mentioned above. Getting everything I need all under one roof sounds great. Getting guidance/mentored is the way I learn best. So thanks Jake for your feedback.

@Kevan Hodges No I don't. I'd suggest Googling the Top 10 Real Estate Agents in your area and find out which Attorney or TC they use. You want to make sure that the Attorney/TC has experience in working with Wholesalers.
