I’m confused @Jose Mireles are you a wholesaler or an Investor that’s trying to take a wholesalers client?

Hi @John Moore I guess it just depends on your area. I went to a Small Business Expo recently and one of the speakers said that Billboards are no longer useful because most people are taking Uber/Lyft rides. And they’re in the back seat looking at their phones and not paying attention to Billboards. So I’d imagine bench ads in certain areas might have the same effect. However the area you’re in may be different from most big cities. I’d research it on Google to find out how effective it is.

Hi @Maurice Lucas Jr I think it’s just a trend.

As far as using the word Realty in your business name: I wouldn’t use it unless you’re a licensed real estate agent/realtor because it may be considered false advertisement but check the Laws out in your State and see what they say.

@Deshawn Jackson oh ok gotcha! There are several systems out there that you can use. You’ll just have to do your research to see which one is best for you. There’s Zoho, Reipro, podio, propelio, etc. just to name a few. Also look for some of the threads on BP where others are providing a lot of feedback on these systems.

Hi @Deshawn Jackson not sure if you're new to REI or not. But I've been told that if you are new to REI then the best way to organize leads would be through an Excel Spreadsheet.

Hi @Barbara Gordon I think you have to be a real estate agent in order to have access to MLS.

@Lydia R. ikr! One could probably just listen to the podcast to get started in wholesale and maybe JV a few deals with an experienced Wholesaler and go from there.
