@Wayne Brooks no. It's a service offered to people that have won Judgements in Court but have not been able to collect from the Debtor. This service would go after the Debtor to collect the funds

Hey BP I've recently heard about Judgement Lien Recoveries. I've been looking into it and learning more about it. It seems to be a legal service. I'm considering it for extra income to start my Wholesale Business. Has anyone heard of this. What are your thoughts. What are the Pros and Cons....

It's definitely not a get rich quick scheme. I know that it will take time and a lot of work. But is it worth it. What are your thoughts.

Any and all information would be great. Thank you in advance

Hi @Jo Wattens I haven't tried Bob Diamond's program. However, I recently did my due diligence and researched BD program and the laws. To my understanding it's a waist of time. The counties state that you have to disclose where the overage is and the exact amount, and that they do not need you to act as their agent, thus rendering you useless to the former homeowner. Pretty much once you provide the HO with that information they realize they can do it themselves. Even if the HO decides to allow you to get the money for them, the maximum you're allowed to collect is 10% rendering the Program worthless.

@Brian Pellerin I'm new to BP and I recently came across your post (which I think was an amazing and very informative idea). By any chance do you have a more Recent list of DFW REIAs

@Kayla Norris I think @Account Closed is right. I've heard a lot of experienced Wholesalers say that it's not good for a newbie to start off with foreclosures/pre foreclosures because of the difficulties. Try Craigslist or placing a Facebook ad

@Account Closed I was in a very similar predicament. I signed up with a Company called Rising Point Solutions (Kelly). They educated me on what I needed to do and not do and helped remove the negative items that weren't mine off my credit report. Which increased my score. They also helped me re-establish my credit. If you contact them tell her/them I referred you.
