Any wholesaler ripped off by investor?
Has anyone as a wholesaler had a contract with a seller and after finding a buyer and showing them the property the buyer dealt with the seller directly cutting you off the deal even though you had the property under contract? Ultimately, it’s up to you as a wholesaler to initiate the legal process which takes time and money. What’s the best way to prevent this from happening to you as a wholesaler?

I don't know any but know plenty of people ripped off by "wholesalers".
