I see many posts here, and a lot of the price ranges here are 30-40k(down payment?)? Is it possible? An average apartment in my country costs about 200-300k. It seems weird

I'm not living the us plus I don't have an American citizenship, can I use a FHA loan and of course it's subsets(203k)? If the answer is no, does LLC is the solution?

What do you thing about investing in USA while I'm from another country? Do I have extra tax or banks having a hard time? And can I use my banks in my country and use the money in USA? I guess it's newbie question but I'll love to hear what you have to say. Thanks!

Start by flipping to generate lump sums to buy "Hold" properties.  You only need enough to buy one...your first.  After that, you just refinance your cash out or the holds, to buy the next hold, then refi out of that one, to buy the next...and so on.

you mean, start by flipping and generate enough money, then buy the first property and use refinance.
which is, if im correct, a loan from the bank that can reach top of 50% of a property value. that property need to be listed as my possession.  correct?

Do you think that starting with Flipping strategy, growing money, earning more so i can invest more, and than moving to buying properties for Buy and Hold.
With the money from flippin turn to buy and hold and rent for cashflow?
i didn't start anything right now, im still in the army, but i wanna plan how to start my REI journey.

i would like to know what you think about this way for starting out, and if someone started this way also i would like to hear his stories, if he wants to share of course.

Thanks!

Does being a real estate agent enables you to learn how to invest in real estate?
and if so, how exactly?

I mean ill work around the clock showing people assets and acting all kind and nice, what are the benefits? and what is MLS, i still dont know all the RE vocabulary.

And for starters, ill need a job to make a living, is being a real estate agent is the right choice?

should I start as a real estate agent?

Does it gives me experience and if it's a good way to start entering the RE world?
