So, as a real estate agent who is also an investor, how can you find great deals and still be ethical and keep your rep?

I am reading J Scott's book on flipping, and it says there, that some are feeling uncomfortable to disclose the fact that they are an agent. I didn't quite get that, why would they fell that way? I would love to hear your answers and opinions. Thanks, Yaron.

It's been a while since I posted here in BP, I'm excited to be back, had been reading a lot lately and ready for action! So, I have this opportunity to invest through a company in USA, [i don't live in america], and i think it won't teach me a lot and add to my real estate resume. Would you considering buying your first property long distant? (Different country)

Tenants moved year and a half early, the building is in process of rebuilding the whole place, which means there will be one year that the property will not be occupied. Which deals a lot of damage. Any suggestions about what we can do with property for now?

Would you suggest that buying your first property will be one that is near your home? If so, what are the advantages and disadvantages? I would love to hear about your first purchase as well, was it a close by or far away from your home?

What would you say are the advantages in getting an MBA, or a degree of economic or accounting. In my country you can get your degree within 3-4 years for about 15k. The question is what is the value of having a degree and is it needed?

What do you think about MBA or any college degree? Is it necessary to start investing? It should I just start experimenting with real estate investing? The only problem with starting without college degree is getting a good job and starting earning equity and without steady income getting loans from the bank will also be difficult almost impossible. I'll be glad hearing your thoughts about this matter. Thanks!
