HI guys,

I am also a buy and hold investor and full time agent. If I can invite myself to the party, I would love meet up as well and see what is working for others in the area.

There is still a huge shortage where I am in CA (Hanford/Central Valley). Anything priced decently is gone within days. In most cases by people wanting or willing to hold on to them because there is rarely enough room to resell anymore.

David Krulac Yes sir that may be the freshest steak in the world. But that's the tricky part about this area, everything is 20 miles apart.
