I am new to Real Estate, a retired Navy member and I am working to get my CA real estate license soon. We just closed on our first residential home here in Hanford last FEB. This is my wife's hometown.  I have a big family and my wife is stay at home. I have reviewed most of the posts here on BP and I'm very impressed and inspired. I am looking to get into real estate because I have always had a passion for property and I want to be able to help other veterans find their dream home. Not to mention the supplement in income. I also have a full time job with PG&E. I just wanted to say Hi for now and hopefully I will be able to be a partner for you in the business one day.

Thank You

Very Respectfully,

Richard
