I have no experience with that one, but the MAREI group is fantastic and the single KCIG meeting I attended was ok

How do you handle assignments from a wholesaler with conventional lending? From what I understand most banks won't pay both the seller and the wholesaler, regardless of the LTV

Nope, family members cannot be involved in properties in his IRA property.

Hi John,

Many of the turnkey properties that I've seen aren't deals. They have inflated numbers and have 40%-60% of the rehab done. I would be cautious and plan a trip before investing. Set up a few meetings with fellow BP members and start building relationships. I hope this helps
