I've never tried Airbnb, but you can basically find that information by looking at current listings. They have a calendar that shows what days are available. So you can check them once a month to see how many days they are renting and for how much. Also look at the pictures to see what furnishings are expected..

Either rebuild the soffit or try an oscillating tool to cut the screws. You should be able to turn the screws out with locking pliers.

The prices are very high now, IMO. But that's true everywhere, I suppose.

No response from Support yet. It shows activity on the request as of 8 hours ago, but nothing that I can see.

Well I put in another ticket. We'll see if they respond to this one. I see they have two-factor authentication for applications and payments. Having the same to change the status of listings or modify anything would just make too much sense..

I've had a rental listing on Zillow become inactive a couple of times within a week. I've changed my password, but can't see how anyone would have it in the first place. Has anyone else had their listings mysteriously deactivated on Zillow Rental Manager? I've put in tickets in the past regarding changes to listings that have gone unanswered.

It helps to price it about $50 per month below other comparable homes. Otherwise, maybe make it stand out some other way. Have you had any showings at all? What have the tenants said about the place? I always like to get feedback from potential tenants to see what they like or don't like.

Hello,

If I understand correctly, you main concern is paying of the credit cards before the promotional period ends? Would it be possible to file your 2016 and 17 returns? Otherwise, maybe look into transferring the balances onto other business or personal cards at zero percent + BT fee. And work on paying them down as quickly as possible in the meantime. Or try to find a private lender to refinance.

Is it easy to get credit cards in Canada? You could use balance transfer offers, as long as you are able to make the payments and transfer or otherwise pay off the balances when the promotional period is over. I would try to secure private financing or get a partner, otherwise. I do business in Pontiac, but all of my cash is tied up at the moment.

Just to be clear about the credit cards:

1. Use "balance transfer checks".

2. Write the checks to yourself.

3. Deposit the checks into your account.

A lot of people don't know that you can do that, so I thought I'd share.

I would just put in a couple of drains and trench pipe to a popup valve near the road. It will cost a bit if you aren't in the area to do it yourself. I live in Madison Heights.. If you want, I can check with a friend of mine that is a plumber. It is a bit labor intensive, plus the cost of the machine rental and the rolls of pipe and fittings / drains.

As far as the tenant goes, it depends on if you plan to do anything about it or not. I would try to solve it for them so it's not a nagging issue.
