Hi Everyone

I've been approach by 2 of my local Reia members in NYC, to be a credit partner, i'm interested but, how do I protect myself  if for some reason the investor can't pay the mortgage or something worse? Is there anything I can do? just checking my options.

My Name is Willie, and I was wondering if you anyone needs help taking pictures, visiting a neighborhood etc ? I can work with you in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens. During the week I can commit 2-3 hrs per day,(unless i'm at a networking event) and Saturday and Sunday up to 10 hrs total. All I ask is that you include me when you run the numbers, show me how you found the deal, who you talked to and whatever else you did to find and fund the deal, I'm not asking for any compensation.  Basically it's more of  mentorship... Let me know if you are interested. Please on the subject line put Traveler then I know it's an investor.....Thank you.
