Hi Carolina

I am from a smaller town, and I am just looking to increase my volume of potential deals by including some other nearby areas.

Hello Group

I am considering taking my wholesaling operation about 45mins South of where I live to another city. I know nothing about the area. I need advice on where to start in that process. I know I can go hang some signs. And start internet marketing for that area.

Beyond that I am clueless. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi Group
I would like some feedback on how to ramp up my wholesaling business. I have assigned about 5 contracts over the last 3 yrs. I use Bandit signs, I advertise on all of the social media outlets. I have been told by my mentor that because of where we are located (Northwest Ohio) that the deals won't be as steady and constant like Florida, or Cali. So my question to wholesaler's who are not in a big market. What can I do outside of what I am already doing to get more deals?

Hello group. I have a question about doing direct mailings. The way I have been taught to do them is as follows: I would drive certain neighborhoods, when I would come across vacant properties, I would put a We Buy Houses flyer on the door, and record the address. From their I would go to the county auditor's website, get the name and mailing address of the owner and start with the handwriting yellow letters. Is there a better or more efficient way of going about this is my question?

Thanks folks for the help. I guess I am confused on what to change. The problem isn't so much getting the phone to ring, as much as it is getting offers accepted. I am not sure what to change there. I have to be at 65-60% of the ARV, I have to subtract repairs and profit, so I am somewhat unclear on what to change.

Hey Group maybe someone here can help. I am a Wholesaler in Toledo, been at it for about 3yrs. I have done a few deals last year. I am following the way that I have been taught, but I can't even get one under contract so far this year. What is longest you have gone without a deal getting done. I am getting plenty of replies, and talking to plenty sellers from my marketing, but a lot of no's. Is this normal?
