Wholesaler Needs more deals
Hi Group
I would like some feedback on how to ramp up my wholesaling business. I have assigned about 5 contracts over the last 3 yrs. I use Bandit signs, I advertise on all of the social media outlets. I have been told by my mentor that because of where we are located (Northwest Ohio) that the deals won't be as steady and constant like Florida, or Cali. So my question to wholesaler's who are not in a big market. What can I do outside of what I am already doing to get more deals?
