As a flipper I try to market to distressed houses. Just wondering if there is a way to some how compile a list of houses that have flooded recently in a specific area?  I know you can check a specific house through a Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Evaluation (CLUE) but I am looking for a recent list to market to not just one specific address.  I think that would be a great list to market to, just unsure of how I would do that.  If anyone has any ideas or something that works for them & is willing to share I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks!

Hey!

I just recently signed up for Mojo and I like the service, but just wondering how do you know if a number is still in service or not when you call it?  When I was hand dialing, I would mark numbers as bad and know that I had to use a better skip tracing service to try to get more accurate numbers.  But with Mojo it doesn't indicate if the number is out of service or not, it just goes on to the next number.  Wondering if there is any way to tell if the numbers are no good so I do not continually try to call bad numbers.

Thanks!

Hey Ethan, you need to find the executor & mail to them. This address may be different than the decedents address.  We have done this and it works very well.

Hey Guys,

Was going to two counties surrogates courts to pull the data but recently one county made it so you can only look up one specific decedent at a time. I am still getting the data from one county but not the other so I trying to find another way to get that data, wondering if anyone had a suggestion or something that they do to get that probate data because it is a very valuable list.

Thanks

Post: Recommended Job Costing System

Hey BP,

Just wondering if anyone has any job costing systems that they recommend.  Currently we're using excel together to keep track of all the costs associated with the jobs.  However I feel that recording things in excel, in quickbooks, and then again in dropbox it seems time consuming and tedious.  Currently our process is to save the cost/invoice in dropbox, then save the number in a seperate exel sheet for the specific job.  Then make the payment in quickbooks, save the check in dropbox, save the payment in the excel workbook and we also keep a cash report in excel so we record it in there as well.  There seems to be too many steps and some things slip between the cracks. If anyone has any recommendations on what they use that would be super helpful.

Thanks

I just integrated our (super outdated) excel spreadsheets system for cold calling to Hubspot.  I think they're awesome on the customizations that they offer.  I am not sure if or how it would translate to interior designs but doesn't hurt to check them out.  Best of luck
