Distressed Flooded houses

As a flipper I try to market to distressed houses. Just wondering if there is a way to some how compile a list of houses that have flooded recently in a specific area?  I know you can check a specific house through a Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Evaluation (CLUE) but I am looking for a recent list to market to not just one specific address.  I think that would be a great list to market to, just unsure of how I would do that.  If anyone has any ideas or something that works for them & is willing to share I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks!
