Hello BP, I have decided to go very niche and start mailing probates. I have my list and most of the mailing addresses on the skip trace are that of the property. My question is, would it be effect to mail the home or has anyone done this and it was effective?

Thanks, Everyone

Probates are some of the best leads for direct mail marketing. However since there aren't many leads available at any given time, it is a competitive space. So its important to market to probate and pre-probate leads as soon as you receive them. @Ethan Romero
