I know during this time I can't evict for non-payment in most States but can I evict (North Carolina) for damage(s) to the property? I have a tenant that has put multiple holes in different walls, and the home is layered with food on the floors and tables, and counter. Also the screen door is off.

Im trying to see if anyone has invested in  crowd funds such as Groundfloor, Realty Mogul, American Homeowner preservation, Fundrise, etc,

1) What are you thoughts on them,

2) Has anyone really made money off Crowdfunding,

3) Has anyone applied and gotten funding from those or a crowd fund and how did it turn out.
